She was predeceased by: her parents, Layke V. Howett and Virginia D. Howett (Dill); and her children, Richard Perry, Jr. and Elizabeth "Betsy" Patterson. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Macy, Jonathon Perry-Wampler of St. Paul, Scott Patterson of Lincoln, Jason, Jade Patterson, Chelsea, Paul Buchner of Syracuse and Richard Allen Perry III of South Dakota; and her sister Violet Cox of South Dakota. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
