He was predeceased by: his mother Tonia Friedrichsen (McCord); his grandparents, Bonnie Friedrichsen and Fritz McCord; his great-grandparents, Ellis and Florence Nelson; and his uncle Troy McCord.
He is survived by: his father Doug Friedrichsen (Janet Knisley) of Grand Island; his brother Eric; his sister-in-law Hannah Steele of Grand Island; his sisters, Andrea Steele of Grand Island and Dakota DesLaurier of Grand Island; his nieces, Elli Kollins Steele, Tayva Steele, Harper DesLaurier and Harlow Proctor; and his grandparents, Karen McCord of St. Paul, AnnaBelle Steele of Fullerton and Francis "Red" Steele of Fullerton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
