She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. Matousek and Ana S. Matousek (Lanka); her husband John J. Vincik; her sisters, Georgie, Stacia and Venus; and her niece Dona.
She is survived by: her children, Lonnie (Chris Vincik), Linda (Stan Obermiller) and Ken (Carol Vincik); her grandchildren, Stephen Vincik of Omaha, Andrew (Lisa Vincik), Jessica (Dan Piskorski), Brian (Peggy Vincik) and Keith (Jana Vincik); and her great grandchildren, Bryce, Brayden, Kate, James, Aurora, Alice, Emma, Adam, Emily and Kaylee.
