She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Kamper and Lydia Kamper (Luebke); her husband Charles "Jesse" James; her son-in-law Clay Petersen; and her granddaughter Hannah Petersen.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Beeder (Guy), Liz Powell (Clancy), Mike James (Nancy), Trish Petersen and Dave James (Gin). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
