David T. Schroeder Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David T. Schroeder of Saint Paul, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2025 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David T. Schroeder to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore George and Dorothy Mae Schroeder (Price). He is survived by: his siblings, Jim Schroeder (Shelly), Ted Schroeder (Lori), Annette Schroeder (Lew Tapia), Georgette Smidt (Denny) and Tim Schroeder (Karen); his children, Dianna Swanberg (Bob), Jeffrey Kolsrud, Becky Wheeler (Mike), Shelly Kolsrud (Alejandro Fernandez), Anissa Hoover (Jeff), Jon Schroeder (Rebecca) and Stephanie Engelbart (Jim); and his grandchildren, Jen Rodriguez (Joe), Austin Wheeler (Kalena), Jake Ambrosius (Julie Guggia), Carol, Emma Schroeder, Carmen Rose Lacosta Kolsrud, Hunter, Laney Engelbart and Josephina Fernandez. He is also survived by his wife, seven children, nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, five siblings, many nieces and nephews, cousins, and so many friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (212 W 12th St, Grand Island, NE 68801).
Memorials suggested to Trinity Lutheran School, in lieu of flowers.
