He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joe, Frances Perk and Louis Criscentia Kuchta; his godfather Richard Kuchta; and his friend Amy Geiger Nowak.
He is survived by: his parents, Marvin H. Kuchta and Patricia A. Kuchta (Perk) of St. Paul; his former spouse Jodine L. Nielsen; his children, Kyle (Shayla Nielsen), Katelin (Mike Coghlan), Ryan Jurgensen (Sarah Gumb) and Coy Kuchta of St. Paul; his grandchildren, Kailey Coghlan, Hayden Coghlan and Aubrie Nielsen; and his siblings, Curtis (Maggie Kuchta), Donald (Jane Kuchta), Cindy (Scott Uhing) and Robert (Melinda Kuchta). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions in place at this time, a private family inurnment will be held in the Elmwood Cemetery in St. Paul with Rev. Rayappa Konka officiating.
