He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer H. Becker and Anna M. Becker (Gregory); his daughter Angel Dawn Becker; his brother Steven Becker; and his brother-in-law Dennis Milby.
He is survived by: his siblings, Penny Crowley of Boulder, CO, Debra, Roy Rasmussen of St. Paul, Mike and Linda Becker of St. Paul; and his nieces and nephews, Scott, Sheila, Lisa, Michael, David, Lindsey, Nathan and Nicole.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Paul Fire Department or to the First Presbyterian Church Annual Community Thanksgiving Meal.
