With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale L. Schmidt of Saint Paul, Nebraska, who passed away on February 28, 2024 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Schmidt and Lila "Faye" Schmidt (Riggs); and his sisters, Karen Lee and Fayelynn Cherry. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his sons, Travis Binderup of Kenesaw, Jeremiah Schmidt of Kearney, Thomas Schmidt of Grand Island and Raymond Schmidt of Waco; his granddaughters, Lilith (Lily) of Grand Island and Braelynn of Waco; his sister Lori Wagner of Palm Harbor, Florida; his mother-in-law Maxine Walker of Gering; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Sanchez (Jorge), Meredith Toyne of Chappell, Carla Danitschek of Everett, Michael Toyne of Gering, Jeff Lee of Minden and Bob Cherry of Hildreth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
