He is survived by: his son Randy Berst (Jacki Bush); his grandchildren, Jesse Berst, Cheyanne Hagge of St. Paul, Kelsey, Josh Scoggins of Grand Island, Jessica Berst, Dillon Spiegel of Kearney, Michael Berst of Wolbach, Josh Williams of Grand Island, Ben Berst of St. Paul, Addi Berst of St. Paul, Greg Czaplewski of Lincoln and Alyssa Czaplewski of Grand Island; his great grandchildren, Ava Berst, Baby Berst, Rylan, Jhett, Bohen, Thea Scoggins, Greyson Spiegel, Paige, Pieper Berst and Brooklyn Czaplewski; and his pet Boots.
