She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Horn and Mary Horn (Taft); her former husband Chuck; and her husband Roger. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Murphy (Levi Walz) of Wolbach, NE and Michael Hausler of Mulvane, KS; her sister Donna Williams (Howard) of Garnett, KS; and her grandchildren, Mariah Murphy, Patrick Murphy and Jaylynn Murphy.

Memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
