He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Casson and Hope L. Casson (Snyder); his son Bob "Bommer" Christensen; his brother J. D. Fitch; and his brother-in-law Virgil Bennett.
He is survived by: his significant other Barbara "Bobbi" Christensen of St. Libory; his children, Lora (Steve Buhrman), Gary (Pam Christensen), Sherry (John Rock), Jack (Tracy Walker), Josh (Karen Casson), Terrie Casson-Thul (Jen Thul) and Colleen (J. D. Holland); his grandchildren, Cody Bodean Buhrman of Phillips, Logan Buhrman of Grand Island, Cole Christensen, Kaitlynn Beck of Grand Island, Chase Christensen, Rachel Prowett of St. Paul, Patrick, Kayleen Rock of Omaha, Austin, Sammie Rock of Alda, Eric Walker of Arvada, CO, Chad Walker of Arvada, CO, Vanessa Casson of Grand Island, Caleb Casson of Tampa, FL, Shawn Casson of Tampa, FL, Christopher Casson of Beckley, WV, Alecia Casson of Beckley, WV, Monica, Christiana of Lewis, A. J., Isabella, Garrett, Ryan, Kyle and Calub; and his siblings, Darlene, Ron Kimberlin of Denver, CO, Ross, Milissa Kuhnle of Colorado Springs, CO and DiAnne Bennett of Arvada, CO.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
