He was predeceased by: his parents, John Modelski and Victoria Modelski (Siedlyk); and his siblings, Eddie (Esther), Michael, Leo, Virgil Modelski, Minnie Richardson, Mary Dorothy Szatko (Frank), Helen Sokol (Walter), Stella Cruise (Alva), Duane Sawyer (Connie), John "Jack" Sawyer and Ron Schroeder.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen of St. Edward, NE; his daughters, Rhonda Ehlers (Mark) and Sheryl Rosno (Greg); his grandchildren, Chase Ehlers of Elkhorn, NE, Whitney Smith (Eric) of St. Edward, NE, Natalie Finkral (Frank) of Norfolk, NE, Alicia Rosno of Lincoln, NE and Nick Wieser (Danielle) of Glenrock, WY; his great grandchildren, Ava Smith, Kaysen Finkral, Emma Wieser and Miles Wieser; and his sisters-in-law, Bertie Modelski of Columbus, NE, Diana Schroeder of Madison, NE and Ethel Sawyer of Howells, NE. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
