She was predeceased by: her father Donald Baker; and her daughter Gena Churchill. She is survived by: her daughters, Maya Baker of St. Edward, NE and Gracelynn Baker of St. Edward, NE; her mother Donna Baker of St. Edward, NE; and her sisters, Connie Werts (Rick) of St. Edward, NE, Janell Micek (Chuck) of Pierce, NE and David Baker (Gina) of St. Edward, NE. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will go to Maya and Graclynn Baker's Education Fund.
