He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Choat and Eleanor Choat (Nelson); his stepmother Lilian; and his brother Gary Choat. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Svitak; his children, Daniel Choat (Teri) of St. Edward, NE, Darrel Choat of Springfield, VA, Diane Bolin (Kevin) of Eagle, NE, Dean Choat (Sally Jo) of Plainview, NE and Dallas Choat (Krista) of Albion, NE; his grandchildren, Adina Choat, Bartholomew Choat, Caleb Choat, Delilah Potter (Choat), Evey Choat, Fina Choat, Jeremiah Bolin, Marie Waldrop (Bolin), Micah Bolin, Noah Bolin, Jonah Bolin, Elijah Bolin, Jennifer Molt (Choat), Brian Choat, Nathan Choat, Austin Choat, Colton Choat, Reagan Choat, Josie Choat, Bailey Choat, Dylan Choat, Dayton Choat and Kailyn Choat; his great grandchildren, Aidan Choat, Alayna Potter, Allison Molt, Olivia Molt and Julia Molt; his brothers, Duane Choat (Ardy) of St. Edward, NE and Alan Choat (Judy) of Albion, NE; and his sister-in-law Shirley Choat of St. Edward, NE. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
