He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Shotkoski and Elizabeth Shotkoski (Krzycki); his stepfather Ray Fonda; his brother LeRoy; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Shotkoski and Joe Roberts; his sister Rita; his brother-in-law Bill Curren; and his stepbrother Nick Fonda.
He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Lantz; his daughters, Sandi Perry (Kevin) of Surprise, AZ and Sheryl Sommerfeld (Steve) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Danielle Kaup of Surprise, AZ, Sara Kaup of Surprise, AZ, Kristin Shackelford (Ryan) of Surprise, AZ, Dillon Perry of Norfolk, NE, Jessica Thacker (Chris) of Belleville, IL and Jennifer Meredith of St. Louis, MO; and his sister Phyllis Roberts of Newman Grove, NE. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
