He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Gottier and Ernest Gottier; and his sister Doris Tiensvold (Vernon). He is survived by: his daughters, Natosha Gottier and Niki Lee; his granddaughters, Soryn and Bryar Lee; and his siblings, Judy Bruns (Ron), Kathy Fisher (Jack) and Bill Gottier (Jean). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
