He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Mangers and Louisa Mangers (Hoxmeier); his son Thomas Mangers (Tom); and his siblings, Ralph, Raymond, Richard, Marvin Mangers, Marcella Heuertz, Bernice Beiriger and Irene Willmes.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Mangers of Roseland; his daughters, Patty Peterson (Rodger) of Juniata and Janet Lennemann (Curtis) of Hastings; his grandchildren, Shannon Peterson, Joely (Todd Goodman), Shane Peterson, Angela (Steven Hagedorn), Mitchell Mangers, Eric (Liz Lennemann), Amy (Joel Staley) and Kevin (Katlyn Lennemann); his great grandchildren, Eva, Audrey, Landry Goodman, Spencer, Cameron Hagedorn, Seren Mangers, Paige, James Lennemann, Kennedy Staley and Mya Lennemann; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Zoie and Emma Haar; and his sisters, Lucille Willmes and Marian Petersen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
