With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dale Braasch of Rising City, Nebraska, who passed away on April 8, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Braasch and Frieda Braasch (Poppe); his brother Robert Braasch; and his brother-in-law Dean Lewis. He is survived by: his wife LaDean (Byam) of Ulysses; his children, Brian Braasch of Rising City, Kurt Braasch (Zoann) of Columbus, Leah Braasch of Rising City, Lorna Wescoatt (Galen) of Wood River and Karla Wingard (Randy) of Rising City; his granddaughter Jessica Braasch of North Platte; his children, Jon, Joey Braasch of Columbus, Jordan Wescoatt of Wood River, Brooke Andromidas (Nick) of Fort Bragg, NC, Natalie and Colin Wingard of Rising City; his great grandchildren, Keith and Melody Braasch of North Platte; his sister Dorothy Lewis (Braasch) of Seward; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Braasch (Alt) of Rising City, Joyce Hallgren (Herb) of Florida, Janelle Byam of Lincoln and Kenny Byam (Cheryl) of Ansley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
