He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Hoggatt and Helen J. Hoggatt (George); his parents-in-law, Dick and Lena Theesen; his sister Shirley Rae Hoggatt; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Hoggatt, Herbert D. Theesen, Ordean J. Dravland and Thomas Griess; and his nephew Randy Dack.

He is survived by: his spouse Richard H.. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, and other extended family and many friends.

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be designated at a later date.
