Wayne Meyer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2019, at the age of 64, Wayne Meyer (Red Cloud, Nebraska), born in Adams, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, DeLoris MarVene (Fair) and Melvin Charles Meyer; his grandparents, Julius "Dude", Minnie Meyer (Muhleisen) and Johnie; and his grandson Bladen Ashton Meyer.
He is survived by: his children, Patricia Sattler (Tim), Shawn Meyer (Sarah) of Hastings, NE. and Rodney Meyer (Amber) of Kingsland, GA.; his brothers, Keith "Butch" Meyer (Leah) of Red Cloud, NE. and Craig "Red" Meyer (Pam) of Lincoln, NE.; his aunt Bev Meyer of Blue Hill, NE.; his uncle Ron Schriner of Cowles, NE.; his grandchildren, Leightyn Ansley Meyer, Brekkyn Ladoux Meyer, Ariana Isabele Meyer, David Mathew Meyer and Emmelyn Grace Meyer; his nephews, Jerrod Meyer, Drue Meyer and Cole Meyer; and his niece Tess Meyer. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of Flowers the family requests that Memorial donations be made in Wayne's memory to the Cowles American Legion #116, Red Cloud American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post #238, or the Red Cloud Zion Lutheran Church.
