She is survived by: her former spouse Bobbie Lee Dorn; her husband Bob Dorn; her daughters, Iantha Miller, Melanie Hoffman (Wayne) and Monica Schmitz (Troy); her grandchildren, Dane Miller (Kyla), McKinze Miller, Landon Hoffman (Brianna), Aliese Hoffman, Brady Schmitz (Maddy O'Tool) and Drue Schmitz; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Josie Miller, Emma, Olivia and Wyatt Hoffman.
