He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Stella Helen Kucera (Mixiner); his wife Virginia Gilbert (Hake); his son Larry Kucera; and his brother Wencil (Anita).
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Kucera of Hastings, Nebraska, Susan Cleveland of Tonganoxie, Kansas, Debbie Alber (Dan) of Blue Hill, Nebraska, Lori Rine (Dave) of Columbus, Nebraska, Randy Kucera of Deweese, Nebraska, Bill Kucera of Norfolk, Nebraska and John Kucera of North Platte; his daughter-in-law Kim Kucera of Deweese; and his sister Agnes Miller (Alfred) of Superior, Nebraska. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
