It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tipton Biggs (Red Cloud, Nebraska), who passed away on March 7, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene Biggs and Martha Amelia Russell. He is survived by: his wife Maureen O'Brien Biggs; and his children, Chris, Erik and Adrienne. He is also survived by friends, and extended family.
