He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Schriner and Ella Schriner (Scharff); his wife Irene; his daughter Vickie Peterson; his sons-in-law, Rick Peterson and Clayton Kepler; his brother Bob Schriner; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Sheridan and Allen Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Ginny Kepler of Bassett, Nebraska, Jody Schriner of Cowles, Nebraska and Steve Schriner (Dee) of Kearney, Nebraska.; his sisters, Donitta Sheridan of Sutton, Nebraska, Leona "Bea" Jackson of Riverton, Nebraska and Ardyce Eilert (Carl) of Beloit, Kansas; and his sister-in-law Kaylene Schriner of Hastings, Nebraska. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established by the family for later designation.
