He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Charlotte (Rehtus) and Clifford Carl Frey. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Miller of Red Cloud; his children, Gregory Frey (Maggie) of Mansfield, Texas and Tracy Stocker (Chris) of Red Cloud; his grandchildren, Sydney, Shelby Frey, Mackenzie Russell (Andrew), Madison Stocker, Bethany Stocker and Brenna Stocker; his great grandchildren, Barrett and Laynee Russell; and his siblings, Norman Frey and Rose Frey.
