He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Arthur and Zelma Mae Hendrix (Routh); his siblings, Jerry, Jack, Jimmy Hendrix, Donna Richardson and Marjorie Thurston; and his grandson Matthew T. Hendrix.
He is survived by: his wife Ronda Hendrix of Red Cloud, Nebraska; his children, Philip Owen Hester of Ft. Worth, Texas, Robin Ann Meyer (Terry) of Red Cloud and Wesley Robert Hendrix of Omaha, Nebraska; and his brothers, Bob Hendrix (Carolyn) of Gardner and Dick Hendrix (Linda) of Liberty, Missouri.
Memorials are suggested to the Mary Lanning Hospice.
