He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis E. Sprague and Rosella Sprague (Colip); and his siblings, Berle, Paul, Duane, Ora Wagner, Elda Becker and Opal Brown.
He is survived by: his son Curtis Paul; his wife Phoebe Bear; and his brother Leroy (Joan).
