She was predeceased by: her parents, Bethel Lorraine (Patmore) and Harold "Ivan" Kudrna; her husband Barry L. Jacobe; her mother-in-law Lucille Jacobe; and her brother-in-law Fred Hernandez.
She is survived by: her son Gary Lee; her grandchild Carmen Renee; her daughter-in-law Christine Jacobe of Bend, Oregon; her daughter Carmen Jacobe of Longmont, Colorado; her sister-in-law Cynthia Hernandez of Beaver City, Nebraska; and her brothers, Larry Kudrna (Terry) of Redmond, Oregon, Evan Kudrna (Pam) of Indiana, Randy Kudrna (Joan) of Hastings, Nebraska and Jim Kudrna of Hastings.
In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed to the Shriner Childrens' Hospital.
