He is survived by: his sons, David Merrill (Sue) of Lincoln, Nebraska, Harvey Merrill (Deb) of York and Byron Merrill (Lisa) of Lincoln, Nebraska. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
