It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fern Reed (Red Cloud, Nebraska), who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Figgins and Irene Figgins (Bisbee); her husband Merl Reed; and her siblings, Franklin, Glen, Carl Figgins, Lorene and Carolyn.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Derk, Jake and Jaden Reed; her sisters, Charlotte Pletcher, Pauline Mills, Twila Morris, Marilyn Warneking and Joan Pate; and her sister-in-law Karen Figgins. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and an uncountable amount of friends.
