We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2020, at the age of 59, Shane Alan Stauffer (Ravenna, Nebraska), born in Cozad, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Norton, Mildred Adle, Evelyn Adle, Henry and Lois Jacoby; his stepfathers, James Stauffer and Richard "Pete" Peterson; and his sister-in-law Kathy Donnelly Stauffer.

He is survived by: his mother Janet Jacoby (Adle) of Omaha; his wife Shannon Hopkins; his children, Jake of Kearney, Jessica of Kearney and Jordan Stauffer of Kearney; his father Jerry Jacoby (Verlene) of Fort Collins, Colorado; his grandchildren, Nikayla, Kyler and Lyric; and his sisters, Angie Stauffer, Heidi Dvorak (Todd), Lisa Plahuta (Tom), Teresa Jacoby Delarosa and Amy Jacoby. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
