He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Rasmussen and Frieda Rasmussen (Nielsen); his brother Gary; his parents-in-law, Elliott and Marian Liebers; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Liebers and Jerry Dennis.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Liebers of Kearney; his children, Julie Arndt (Scott) of Tuscumbia, Alabama and Robert Rasmussen (Charla) of St. Paul, Nebraska.; his grandchildren, Nick Arndt (Harley), Zach Arndt of Tuscumbia, Lauren, Celia Knox of Chicago, Kenzie and Allie Rasmussen of St. Paul, Nebraska; his great grandchild Asher Arndt of Tuscumbia, Alabama; his sister Jo; his siblings-in-law, Terry Manolidis of Phillips, Nebraska and Sharon Dennis of Kearney, NE; and his friend Ken Zeller of Fort Calhoun, Nebraska..
