It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Shultz of Ravenna, Nebraska, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Pokorney and Sophia Pokorney (Kriehau); her husband Allen Shultz Sr.; her siblings, Mary, Frank, Francis, George, Catherine, Ann, Elizabeth, Charles Jr., Marge and William (Rosella); her son-in-law Dennis Hopkins; and her grandson-in-law Scott Pierce.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Hopkins of Ravenna, NE and Allen Shultz Jr. (Barbara) of Azusa, CA; her grandchildren, Scott, Lisa Hopkins of Wichita, KS, Angela Pierce-Lee (Hopkins), Rob Lee of Marquette, NE, William, Amanda Robins (Shultz) of Granite Bay, CA, Dustin and Andrea Shultz (Modereger) of Mission Viejo, CA; and her great grandchildren, Brian, Austin, Colton, Brody, Makai, Madeline, Marcus and Brandon.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made in Dorothy's memory to St. Croix Hospice.
