He was predeceased by: his parents, August and Ella; and his brothers, Ed and Gary. He is survived by: his wife Karol R. McMann (Kay); his children, Jeanie Milander (Dennis) of Royse City, TX, Joanie Mack of Las Vegas, NV and James Kruger (Becky) of Lincoln, NE; his grandchildren, Justin Milander (Jessica) of Boise, ID, Jackie Wheelington of Royse City, TX, Ben Kruger (Maddie) of Gretna, NE, James Kruger (Bailey Lisosky) of Omaha, NE and Katie Kruger of Omaha, NE; his great grandchildren, Jenna Milander, John Milander (JD) of Boise, ID, Jack Wheelington (Nixon) of Royse City, TX and Kade Kruger of Gretna, NE.; and his sisters, Beverly Johnson (Richard "Bud") and Janice Kruger.
