He is survived by: his wife Marie Belik of Prague; his children, Darlene Spicka (John) of Weston, Donald Belik, Eileen Soukup of Lincoln and Daniel Belik (Dawn) of Omaha; his grandchildren, Brian Spicka (Michelle), Scott Spicka, Jeffrey, Cory, Christopher and Kira Belik; and his great grandchildren, Sam Spicka, Molly Spicka and Emma Spicka.
