He is survived by: his children, Keith of Lincoln, Laurene Veik (John) of Petersburg, Lisa Eley (Warren), Linette Pelster (Billy) of Petersburg, Kevin Benda of Dayton, OH, Kirk Benda of Phoenix, AZ., Tiffanni Benda of Prague, Ashley Kellis (Chris) of Costa Mesa, CA and Robbie Benda of Prague; his grandchildren, Justin Veik of Omaha, Alesha Veik Cornejo of Chandler, AZ, Keaton, Casey Eley of Mesa, AZ, Sara Eley of Keller, TX, Jared Eley of Phoenix, AZ, Morgan Pelster of Petersburg, Alex Pelster of Omaha, Ryan Pelster of Petersburg, Kayleigh, Gemma, Caleb, Holly and Isaiah of Prague; and his brothers, Noel and Dave Benda (Cookie) of Petersburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
