She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Odvody and Frances Odvody (Bushek); her former husband Adolph Placek; her husband Edward Prochaska; her siblings, Raymond Odvody (Adeline) and Gertrude Prochaska (Adolph); and her siblings-in-law, Adeline Novotny and Clay Prochaska.
She is survived by: her sons, Adolph Joe Placek (Rosanne) of Fremont and Clifford Prochaska (Cheryl) of Prague; her grandchildren, Shane Placek (Lindsey) of Fremont, Dreia Eddie (Eric) of Lincoln, Clayton Prochaska of Prague and Carley Gasga (William) of Las Vegas, Nevada.; her great grandchildren, Ava, Max, Olivia Placek, Jaxon, Aubrey, Layna and Gracyn Eddie; and her siblings-in-law, Laverne Hanke of Omaha, Rose Woita of Waverly, Leona Dvorak (Ron) of Brainard, Gerline Odvody (David) of Prague and Dennis Prochaska of Prague.
