She is survived by: her children, Jim Ourada (Diana) of Prague, Steve Ourada (Arlene) of Prague, Dan Ourada (Dayle) of Prague, Roger Ourada of Prague, Terese Croghan, Robin Nyffeler (Buzzy) and Columbus; her grandchildren, Jill Edelman (David), Lincoln, Justin Ourada, Andy Croghan (Tara), Linwood and Matt Croghan (Chelsie); her children, Tyler Croghan, Schuyler and McKenna Kovar; her great grandchildren, Karsyn, Cooper, Kade, Brooks and Baker Croghan; her siblings, Emily Pacula, Caroline Cudaback, Schuyler, Lucille Strizek, Valapraiso, Tom Havlovic and Bernadette Jelinek (Jim); and her sister-in-law Janet Havlovic (Columbus).
