She is survived by: her children, Donald Sedlacek (Marlene) of Overland Park, KS, Daniel Sedlacek of Prague, Dwayne Sedlacek (Kim) of Prague and Dianne Kielniarz (Ken) of Omaha, NE; her daughter-in-law Katherine Sedlacek of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Kim Marsh, Stacey Kopf, Amy Kalcic, Patrick, Samuel, Anna, Nicholas and Jessica Sedlacek; and her stepgranddaughter Megan Hamilton.
