He is survived by: his father Donald Spike (Lisa); his wife Becky of David City; his children, Erin Baker (Dave) of Silver Creek, Andrew Spike and Adam Spike (Lisa) of Prague, NE; his grandchildren, Gracie Keller (Deven), Liberty, Brooklynn, Drew, Tyler, Levi and Becca; his brother Randy Spike (Sue); and his sister-in-law Christina Spike A.
