She is survived by: her children, Brian Prochaska (Cheryl Sloup) of Ceresco, Gary Prochaska (Angie) of Prague and Dianne Jackson (Brent Arnold) of Lincoln; her grandchildren, Justin Jackson (Kristin), Brandon, Curtis Swahn, Tyler, Travis Prochaska, Meg Sloup and Katie Etmund (Laith); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Jaxon and Reid Thomas; her brother Tony Wirka of Prague; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Prochaska of Lincoln, David Prochaska (Sulene) of Prague, Lucille Prochaska of Prague, Joan Fendrich of Prague, Jeanette Benes (Randy) of Valparaiso, Elaine Wirka of Fremont and Suzi Wirka of Lincoln.
