Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ruby Jung of Potter, Nebraska, born in Sidney, Nebraska, who passed away at the age of 88, on October 29, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mitchell and Selma Mitchell (Anderson); her husband Elmer Jung; her daughter Melody Jung; and her siblings, James, Richard, Robert, Kenneth, Francis, Ruth Bonser and Ester Christensen.
She is survived by: her daughter Catherine Saali; her grandchildren, Tracy of Potter, Daniel of Potter, Jerry and Randy Jung of Potter; her sisters, Pearl Wood of Sidney and Irene Young of Morrill; and her siblings-in-law, Leona Gaston of Kimball, Alice Mitchell of Chappell, Alferd Jung (LaDonna) of Sidney and Harvey Jung (Janet) of Potter. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Potter Volunteer Fire Department or to the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
