She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Foister and Rose Foister (Behner); her siblings, Jerry Foister and Rose Morgan (Bob); her brother-in-law Bill Dallas; and her great grandchild Abby Sherman.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas (Karen) of Fremont, NE, Richard of Yankton, SD and Douglas (Karen) of Rapid City, SD; her husband John; her grandchildren, Jessica Sherman (John) of Norfolk, NE, Nikki Prucker (Jim) of Ponca, NE, Andrea Crayne (Jeff) of Rapid City, SD, Dustin Russell (Stacey) of Rapid City, SD, Elizabeth Russell and John B. Russell of Fremont, NE; her sister Frances Dallas of Santa Maria, CA; her sister-in-law Illene Foister of Sioux City; her nephew Ron Crone (Pat) of Prescott Valley, AZ; and her close friend Kay Harder. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorials may be sent to the Ponca Fire and Rescue.
