It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis M. Jensen (Ponca, Nebraska), who passed away on October 12, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Vern Conrad and Margaret Conrad (O'Connor); and her children, Gary Jensen (Margaret) of University Pl, Sharon Henson (Joe) of Craig Alaska and Julie McDowell (Gene) of Ponca. She was also cherished by five grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
