He is survived by: his wife Kathy of Sioux City; his son Shawn; his daughter-in-law Angie Ellerbroek of Waverly; his grandchildren, Mason, Rhett and Ariana Ellerbroek; his daughter Amber; his son-in-law Nick Hegarty of Sioux City; and his grandsons, Grant and Benjamin Hegarty.
