She was predeceased by: her parents, John Horn and Agnes Horn (Reese). She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kirk Albin, Carisa Lowe, Tyson Albin, Mikayla Staehr, Clint Hoffman, Chad Hoffman, Stacy Rossminth, Tara Horn, Tasha Burney, Derek DeMers and Josh DeMers; and her great grandchild Cara DeMers. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid concerns, the family has chosen to have a private memorial service at Trinity Lutheran Church in Polk, with Rev. Ricardo Riqueza officiating.
