He is survived by: his children, Theresa Stege (Andy Rodecap) of Hoyt, William Maguire (Jerilynn Daedler) of Oklahoma, Mike Maguire Jr. (Lois Hunsberger) of Hastings and Patrick Maguire of Beatrice; and his brothers, Daniel Maguire (Vicki) of Pierz and Keith Maguire (Karen) of Wymore. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
