He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethan Wayne Lewis and Emma Dora Lewis (Lange); his wife Linda Rose Lewis; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Vallery and Roy Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Sherri Carson of Bellevue, NE, Jeff Lewis of Plattsmouth, NE and Jason Lewis of Plattsmouth, NE; his grandchildren, Alec Carson, McKenna Lewis, Kingston Lewis and Rylee Lewis; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Smith of Plattsmouth, NE and Rev. Larry Vallery of Ames, IA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
