She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Spangler; her parents, Clarence Myer and Clara Myer; her brother Rev. Donald Myer; and her daughter Dr. Deborah Koelling of Powell.
She is survived by: her sons, William (Nancy) of Palo Alto, Dr. Robert Koelling of Powell, Dr. Henry (Tricia) of Topeka and Mark (Laurie) of Murray; her grandchildren, Charles (Ana), Emily, Andrew, Glenn Perry, Everett (Amanda), Ericka and Zoe; and her great grandchild Charles Alexander. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
