She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Clark and Velma Clark; her son Matthew Patenaude; her siblings, Sandra Cook and Larry Clark; and her niece Christine Coop.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery, Kim Orth (Kevin) of Lincoln, NE and Jeffrey Patenaude (Shannon) of Lincoln, NE; her grandchildren, Caleb Orth (Julia), Paige Hart (Nick), Jacob Patenaude and Ryleigh Patenaude; and her siblings, Howard "Butch" Clark (Debie), Richard "Dick" Clark, Cathy Major and Susan Biggs (Joel). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
